On 30/9/2003 , The IT center was certified by UNISCO to be a certified training and examination center where to get the international certificate "ICDL". several meetings were held with officials from Ministry of education (MOE) and Ministry of Communication & information concerning cooperation in granting "ICDL" to MOE'S teachers and young graduates as well .
