ITTC is considered one of the most important specialized centers in field of information technology, 

 ITTC particularly aims at the following:

 1. Spreading awareness in field of information technology  among different state sector. 

 2. Creating a base of cadres for training the

    specialized technical labor in order to remove deficiency in public and private sector     

 3. Holding training courses for citizens of Arab and African countries  for supporting information technology in the Arab nation and African   continent

 4. Establishing subsidiary training center in governorates for achieving   geographic prevalence and aims among state different sectors.
