major construction materials (retail) for
the month of December 2009 stating the
following:
First: Monthly Change:
Low monthly rates of change marble Hatmip
Saqltp 3 cm by 16.00%, Granite Rose 3 cm by
8.70% compared to Bchehrnovmbr 2009.
Decrease in the monthly percentage change
Osarmuasir water from plastic Qatar
1-2-inch, Qatar 4 / 3 inch by 10.24%, 10.23%
compared Bchehrnovmbr 2009.
Monthly percent change increase in the
prices of reinforcing steel for sizes (16
mm, 13 mm, 10 mm) by 3.39% compared to
November 2009.
Increase in the monthly percentage change
for ordinary Portland cement prices by
2.18%, White Cement rose 0.44%,
ferro-cement, or 1.27% compared to November
2009.
High rate of monthly price change of beech
wood (from 1 - 1.7 cubic meters) increased
by 0.52%, Swedish yarns (1) increased by
2.67%, white tiger (1) increased by 0.93%
compared to November 2009.
The stability of the rest of the prices of
construction materials.
Second: the annual change:
Low rate of annual change of iron prices to
sizes (16 mm, 13 mm, 10 mm) by 25.61%
compared to December 2008.
Low rate of annual change of white cement
prices by 0.64% compared to December 2008.
Low rate of annual change of prices Almsamt
bricks (25 × 12 × 6 cm) by 3.45%, hollow
bricks (25 × 12 × 6 cm) by 3.13% compared to
December 2008.
Low rate of annual change of Osaralkhcb
beech (from 1 - 1.7 cubic meters) increased
by 2.83%, Swedish yarns (1) increased by
1.47%, white tiger (1) increased by 17.19%
compared to December 2008.
Low rate of annual change of prices marble
Hatmip Saqltp 3 cm by 16.00%, Granite Rose 3
cm by 8.70% compared to December 2008.
Low rate of annual change of prices of
plastic water pipes Qatar 1-2-inch, Qatar 4
/ 3 inch by 10.24%, 10.23% compared to
December 2008.
Low rate of annual change of prices of iron
water pipes (Qatar 4 / 3 inch) by 36.02%,
pipes (Qatar 1 inch) by 36.23% compared to
December 2008.
The high proportion of annual change of
ordinary Portland cement prices by 4.45%,
ferro-cement by 0.84% compared to December
2008.
The high proportion of annual change of
prices by 17.94% sand, gravel by 24.77%
compared to December 2008.
The high proportion of annual change of
prices of gypsum by 6.85% compared to
December 2008.
The high proportion of annual change of
prices MOSAICO regular tiles (20 × 20 × 2
cm) by 3.12%, cement tiles (20 × 20 × 2 cm)
by 5.68% compared to December 2008.
